Cancellation from the tour booking date and 45 days prior to the tour commencement date will be subject to a full refund of the total amount. However, the airfares would not be refunded as the same are non-refundable and are based on available fares. In case of the tour cancellation from the tour booking date and 45 days prior to the tour commencement date, we charge US$ 100 as our services charge.
Cancellations made before 07 Days or less will consider full retention.
Cancellations made 15 days before the tour date will be subject to consider 50% refund of the tour amount.
Cancellation before 30 days of the tour starting date will be subject to consider 20% retention charges of the total tour amount.
